When it comes to the heart of your home, we begin with its most important component: you. Begin your kitchen project by browsing the
St. Clair Kitchen & Home showroom or Web site, then
arrange a consultation with our principal designer, Antoinette Fraser.
The complimentary initial consultation provides us with an understanding of your needs and preferences, while allowing you the opportunity to become familiar with our capabilities and to review our portfolio of completed projects. This is an excellent opportunity to stimulate ideas, review styles and price options and get to know each other. We will leave you with our references, a retainer agreement and a questionnaire to help you focus on your personal wish list.
When you are ready to proceed, our designer will
arrange a second meeting in your home with one of
our project
managers. The
project manager
will take precise, detailed measurements and assess
the site conditions. The designer will review your
questionnaire and gather additional information
about your preferences and requirements.
Within 7 to 10 days, we will prepare a design
proposal. This includes firm pricing for all
materials including cabinetry, countertops,
appliances and accessories along with complete
design and construction drawings. We will also
provide samples of all proposed materials. This
comprises your bid package.
Once a contract is signed, we take care of the rest.
We provide licensed, insured subcontractors who have
a proven track record of reliability and
performance. In addition we provide project
management so that you can be free to go about the
business of living. |
